The Bourne Estate is a housing estate located in Central London within the vicinity of Chancery Lane tube station. Constructed from 1905-1909, it is regarded as one of London's best examples of housing and has been visited by politicians to highlight its people. Unlike other estates in London, Bourne estate has had no trouble with youth gang violence or high crime rates.
