Wingnut is an evil bat person working for the Shredder in the Ralston Purina mini-comics. He appears in the second part, sent out by Shredder to attack the Turtles. Donatello knocks out Wingnut’s starboard jet-engine, sending him spiraling out of control. Baxter Stockman swoops in and saves Wingnut and they escape together.
