The Kasoku Kasoku no Mi allows the consumer to speed up time around them, and only for them, incoherently seeming as the user is slowing down time for everyone else. As a side effect, the user does not suffer from the general side effects of speed, nor speeding up time, such as friction, or rapidly aging.
