Veklos was the mortal form taken by Zeus so the king of the Gods could assist Hercules. When Ares and Strife conspired to kill Serena and blame Hercules for the crime, Veklos hid the hero for a time. Later, in the form of Veklos, Zeus returned Hercules' strength to him.
