Lieutenant Tylith was a 24th century Kasheetan woman, a Starfleet officer assigned to the Federation starship USS Titan in the 2380s decade. In the year 2381, Tylith was on the Titan bridge when the ship was attacked by SecondGen Cyan-Gray. During the attack, Tylith hit her head on a console, causing a subdural hematoma.
