The Lottery Keeper is the person who runs the Lottery Shop and therefore sell lottery tickets. He/she is also the one who gives prizes to the winners. Once the player/main protagonist recruits a lottery keeper he/she will open a lottery shop in the headquarters. This feature appears in Suikoden III and Suikoden IV.
