The Wind Release: Secret Wind Technique is an E-ranked Ninjutsu technique that all ANBU Black Ops from Fogugakure are required to learn. This technique is preformed when the user whispers a short message and then envisions a target of his/her choice. A small breeze will then head the targets way, and when it reaches the target, will deliver the user's message in a voice only audible to the target. Althought this technique has no specific range it is known that the farther the target is away from the user, the more chakra the user must use to preform this it.
