We cannot possibly predict what will happen in the future of the story. Only the author, Tite Kubo, knows such things. He has, however, stated that romance will not play a significant role in the story. While that does not mean that there will be no romance aspect, it will be a relatively minor thing if it occurs. Many people like to cite the Bleach relationship chart that came out a few years ago. The chart was not written by Kubo, it was written by the organizers of the Bleach festival which celebrated Bleach's ten year anniversary. It is nothing but fan fiction.
