"Abra Kadabra" is a technologically-advanced criminal time traveler from the 64th century. He has outfitted his body with futuristic nanotechnology which allows him to have a range of abilities that are almost indistinguishable from magic and sorcery in the 21st century. He claims that he and Barry Allen are old enemies in the future and also claims to know the true identity of Savitar. He was put on an execution when he got back to Earth Nineteen.
