Japanese Policeman was a clone created at the Umbrella Prime facility. Given the uniform and false memories of a Tokyo police officer, he was planted onto the streets of to Tokyo test zone to simulate the spread of the Undead. Shortly before the Undead made themselves known, Alice broke into "his" police car for supplies. He was killed while investigating the criminal damage.
