Rodannacoughshkeen (Rodan for short) was a Time Lady who worked as a controller on Gallifrey, and was amoung the one hundred Time Lords to survive the Last Great Time War in suspended animation. In her second incarnation, Rodan helped the Fourth Doctor to fight the invasions of the Vardans and the Sontarans off of Gallifrey.
