An unnamed Paramedic encouraged Cain Dingle to leave his son Kyle Winchester trapped in a cupboard in the village hall as the building is unstable due to a helicopter crashing into the building. Cain ignores him and stays in the village hall with Kyle. He manages to coax Kyle out of the cupboard and escape just as the hall goes up in flames.
