Captain Kurt Redd was a Human male serving in Starfleet in the 23rd century. In the 2280s, the USS Lagrange was commanded by Captain Redd. His ship was used in Starfleet Academy bridge crew training simulations for the Class of 2288, and as such was "destroyed" by a Venturi medium cruiser in a simulated mission.
