At the age of 11, Airaku Chiyo is the youngest member of the Criminal Organization Anoyoasashi. Yet this privilege is with good cause, as the young child possesses the most sacred of Kekkei Genkai, the Rinnegan. Absolutely loyal to Anoyoasashi's cause, Airaku is often considered the 'pet' of the organization, often following the other members as they casually work on their own experiments. Yet of all the powerful ninja, the one Airaku most looks up to is Akurei Ohaka, Anoyoasashi's infamous founder and leader.
