The Riddcrow is a mixture of the Riddler and Scarecrow. He was made when the Prince Of Puzzlers and the Master Of Fear fell into a vat of combination-chemicals which Dr. Hugo Strange was using for a scheme. The Riddcrow can be created by using a mixture of the Riddler and Scarecrow's body-parts. He has the exact same abilities of the two villains.
