Dalil al Marganit was a little nearsighted man who came from Siraj, a conquered state of Carthak. Myles of Olau repeatedly worked with him in order to find information about certain people. It was al Marganit whom Myles entrusted with finding out who "Claw" really was. Dalil found out about Claw's record with the Lord Provost as well as his true name, which was Ralon of Malven. He only appears in a short scene in Lioness Rampant, where he reports to Myles about his findings.
