Arbosa-Lo is a city on the planet of Tezwa. Prime Minister Kinchawn considered moving his family to Arbosa-Lo in case of a Klingon assault, but decided against it, expecting that the resulting sympathy from their deaths would rally the planetary population. After Kinchawn went into exile on Tezwa, General Yaelon oversaw the coordination of terrorist cells in Arbosa-Lo.
