Usage stats on I have skill in one handed a duel wield katana, I just use the duel wield all the time, but when I go to use combat skills its only one handed, how can I get some more variety when I'm chosing on the command window

Disable the one handed skills in the Union screen. This will eventually force Rush to learn dual wield skills. It'll usually proc the new skill after a few fights selecting only combat arts.
