The Megrim Thresher is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII. It is fought along with two Sacrifices in Orphan's Cradle, just before the battle with Wladislaus. The Megrim Thresher employs a variety of non-elemental attacks and is resistant to all types of damage when not staggered. Because of this, it is best to eliminate the two Sacrifices first, then concentrate on getting the Thresher into stagger mode. Imperil, Deshell, and Deprotect are essential when wearing down this enemy.
