Adirondack Museum up in Blue Mountain Lake is great. Set on a mountainside overlooking Blue Mountain Lake and the Adirondacks, it's a beautiful place to spend an afternoon. There are several buildings with exhibits, including at least two with examples of Arts & Crafts era rustic furniture. www.adirondackmuseum.com
