The Outcast village was a section of the Undercity of Taris where Outcasts from the Upper City and their descendants resided. The village was surrounded by walls to protect the residents from the rakghouls which roamed the Undercity. In 3956 BBY, Revan and Carth Onasi arrived in the Undercity looking for Bastila Shan. Although never seen, Zelka Forn had a second medical facility in the village, which would eventually have vials of Rakghoul serum. Assumption ends here.
