Controlling the dragon, the user positions it from the opponent, before making the dragon emits a loud roar, which destroys all of the targets senses while severing and devouring from their body the soul of the body part responcible for the sense. This technique will effectively rid a shinobi of all senses, making combat virtually if not completely impossible. The target doesn't necessarily have to hear the roar for it to affect them, as if they recognize it through their senses, that in itself is enough to ensure the techniques affects onto them. This technique is non discriminatory and will affect allies if they are caught within the techniques radius.
