Batman races against time to save a kidnapped young prince from a group of terrorists led by the Cipher. Batman went after a foreign diplomat's son who had been kidnapped by Cipher, an international terrorist. He saved the kid and got him back to his father. Cipher was using devices made by Wayne Industries. Yet, the moments which Batman shared with the boy spoke well to the character of himself whose superheroics depending on a certain amount of fear.
