Oxide is a radio operator for General Shepherd, who gave orders to many squads of Shadow Company in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. In "Just Like Old Times", he can be heard telling Butcher Seven to check out the section that Captain "Soap" MacTavish and Captain John Price took out as well as on the radio chatter heard between Shadow Company throughout the level.
