He is best known to British audiences for his starring role in the 1978 drama series "Hawkmoor" and appearances in "The District Nurse" and the "Doctor Who" serial "Revelation of the Daleks". He was also in "Blood Circle" and "Eldra". He is married to Maureen Rhys, and they frequently worked together on various productions. He currently lives at Bangor with his wife and their three children.
