Kaylen Burrows is a Petty Officer Second Class with the United States Navy who is assigned to the U.S.S. Majestic. In Patriot Down (episode), it was revealed that while she had been on 24-hour liberty in Marseille, she had been raped by an American, Tyler Hammond and his father but Burrows hadn't told anyone of what had happened as according to NCIS Special Agent Ziva David, Burrows feared that if she cried rape or if her rape claim turned out to be false, then none of her male colleagues on board the Majestic would ever trust Burrows again.
