Shadow Mulsantir refers to the reflection of the city of Mulsantir in the Plane of Shadow. Its existence is not something readily known; this shadow city is mostly used by those wishing to hide things from the Material Plane, though the wychlaran know about this trait of the city. The most prominent thing "stored" in this shadow realm is the Death God's Vault, an ancient repository of the former god Myrkul which harbors many secrets.
