Thneed(VEKF009) was born in the Ewoks Mob in February 3, 2011. Her mother was McDreamy and her father was Tigi, the dominant couple of the Ewoks. She was born with three litter-mates, her one brother Lorax(VEKF007) and Truffula(VEKF008) and Bar-Ba-Loot(VEKF010). They were the first surviving litter born in the Ewoks. The group was small consitiing of only eight members, four adults and four pups. The all the subordinate females had disappeared when McDreamy evicted them before Thneed was born. One of the adult males had also dispersed. Despite their small size, all four pups survived their first few months. In September McDreamy gave birth to a new pup that was sadly predated a few months later. That same month Thneed was predated, however her three litter-mates survived to adulthood.
