The Imperial Command Center or Com C-38 was desgined by Delvin Constructs. It was the primary base of operation for ground staff and other officers unless more advanced structures had been built. The Imperial Command Center was not the biggest struture in the empire such as the Advanced Vehicle Factory etc.
