Dead Man-at-Arms is a deceased Breton soldier who resided in Stormhaven, High Rock. According to Arcady Charnis he tagged along after a dreugh to make sure they disposed him, and he got too close and was killed. He has on his body a note the Vestige will need in the quest The Sower Reaps.
