Clarice's father is only seen twice, first forbidding his daughter from being with the boy who would become Santa's 9th reindeer(see notes) because he doesn't want her being seen with a red-nosed reindeer. Unfortunately, Clarice does not listen to him and later leaves with Mrs. Donner to find her son. His second appearance is at Santa's workshop where he reunites with Clarice after she returns to Christmas Town along with Hermey the Misfit Elf, Donner (one of Santa Claus' Reindeer), his wife, and their son.
