On October 7, 2011 at around midnight AST, the channel abruptly closed and was replaced with a notice screen telling viewers to continue watching Worldkids programs on sister network Toonvision. On January 5, 2012, the channel's signal went dark. It was the first Worldkids-branded channel in history to shut down.
