Appendage Crusher is a ground weapon special Augment in Xenoblade Chronicles X that "softens" enemy appendages by one tier per equipped augment, thereby increasing the amount of damage dealt. Hardness tiers start at base 0 (100% damage dealt), and can range from +5 (10%) to -5 (250%). Any additional augments past what is required to reduce the appendage hardness to -5 have no effect. Appendage Crusher augments do not effect damage when targeting the main body.
