The ToonTask starts by visiting Professor Wiggle in Professor Wiggle's House of Giggles, located on Punchline Place, Toontown Central. He has ran out of octopus ink and requests that you fish some from the pond. He believes he will not run out of ink as much if Bloodsuckers stopped stealing it. He asks you to defeat 6 Bloodsuckers in Toontown Central. Once completed, return to Professor Wiggle to receive your reward.
