Similar to Naruto's Naruto Uzumaki Barrage, Kushina will create 3 water clones to run around the opponent. The first clone will knock the opponent from behind into the second clone, which will in turn kick them into the real Kushina, hitting the opponent with both of her palms, trapping the opponent in a swirling water prison, either keeping them trapped or send them flying. This latter part of the attack can sometimes make the target nauseous from the erratic spinning within the water and inability to breathe.
