I heard you save the game in front of a computer in the pokemon center than you deposite the pokemon you want to duplicate in a box of its own. Than save the game and when it say saving dont turn off the power you turn it off and turn it back on when you look in your party their will be that pokemon and when you look in that box their will be that pokemon. I think you have to beat the Elite 4 first. I dont know if it works iread it somewhere.
