Latif abd al-Khaliq Hassan was an Iraqi police officer, and an associate of Lieutenant Dale Barbara's during Barbara's time in Iraq. He helped Barbara negotiate the price of a Turkish rug. Hassan was shot in the head by a sniper shortly after Barbara left the Middle East.
