Delva is Chief of the Vixens of Venus. Commodore Rex Clive and Adjutant Speed Lansing investigate an anomaly when an island appears on the Earth. The find it is teaming with Venusian plants. The Space Rangers are captured by the Vixens of Venus and taken to that planet where they are placed in the Royal Insectarium, where the insects have grown far larger than on Earth. The Vixens of Venus must first plant Venusian flora to feed the insects for use in an invasion of Earth.
