Batgirl accepts the help of Green Arrow and company to help solve the murders of rich men from coast to coast. Jack Drake is next on the list and Fryers is kidnapped while impersonating Drake at an awards ceremony. Now Agrippina and her crew have Spoiler, Batgirl, Tim Drake, and Green Arrow on their case to rescue Fryers.
