Hand of Blessed Light is a unique Divine Scepter from Diablo II. A "Hand" weapon akin to Zakarum's Hand, the Hand of Blessed Light is particularly geared towards FoHer's, due to its bonus to both Fist of the Heavens and Holy Bolt, as well as Mana regeneration. The Hand also gives a large boost to a player's Light Radius.
