Previously, Chuckles was given the assignment of infiltrating Cobra. He did terrible things, all just to infiltrate the organization. Now, he has fallen off the grid and is unable to be reached. Hawk recruits a woman for a very special mission to go undercover and retrieve Chuckles from his deep cover work. Chuckles is now the only source of valuable intel on Cobra and he must be brought back. The woman looks at the dossier and is amused at the code name she is given. He tells her he chose her specifically because of her assassin skills and that she has “the right look”.
