The Theology Council is a powerful religious orgizantion that once ruled the Amarr Empire, the Theology Council has a similiar role to that as the supreme court within the other empires. It serves as a moral police and hunter of heretics, which gives it considerable power within the Empire, allowing them to investigate, question and imprison almost anyone.
