Frank Lopez is an aging Miami based drug lord (leading the Lopez Cartel), who asks Tony Montana and Manny Ribera to kill a former political aide to Fidel Castro. Along with Sosa, Lopez is one of the main antagonists of the film. He was portrayed by the late Robert Loggia, who also played Bill Sykes.
