An NPC created by Rhiannon. This character is available for "adoption" by another player. One of Mr. Lucien's junior librarians. He's an earnest, well-meaning man in his mid-thirties--he's been Mr. Lucien's junior librarian since he was nineteen, and was for many years the only junior librarian. For the most part he manages the East Library staff. In particular he re-hires Miss Beatrice Wimsey after Mr. Lucien has forgotten who she is and fired her, and he arranged for Miss Wimsey to take her current position as a private tutor. He resides inside the East Library on the Upper Third.
