Tyhrranese was a language which the Tyhrranoids spoke. The Tyhrraguise could be used to transform someone into a One-Eyed Tyhrranoid and it also allowed the user to speak Tyhrranese. Tyrranese is composed of odd or gross sounds (like burping), along with odd motions (like scratching an arm pit, or jumping). The problem was that a Tyrranese compliment was close to an insult, and if Ratchet messed up, he would insult the Tyhrranoids.
