By 2365, Lieutenant T'Sora was serving aboard the USS Enterprise-D, along with her husband, Jean-Claude Mbuto, and their two daughters. In late 2365, T'Sora and her husband were among eighteen Enterprise personnel who were killed during the ship's first encounter with the Borg Collective, when a large section of the hull was extracted from the ship by a Borg cutting beam.
