However, if you go to the Silver Strip, between the Yucatan Casino and the entrance to the Underground, there will be a scaffolding with an advertisement on it that reads "New Hotel Casino, Coming Soon", hinting that the hotel was under construction during the time of the Fortune City outbreak.
