Domar was a male Aquan from the planet Argo. As of 2269, he was High Tribune of the Ruling Tribunal of the Aquans. (TAS episode: "The Ambergris Element") Domar's grandson, Lenmar, would become one of the first "dual-breathers" in Aquan history, and would go on to join Starfleet.
