The user attaches the Power Seal Card to the target. Upon performing the hand seals, the Seal Card absorbs into the target's body. Any pain felt by the target is amplified 10 fold. The effects of Power Seal wear off in 5 minutes. Before attaching the seal, the user can embed his/her chakra into the Power Seal Card. The user can then throw the card and control its speed and direction. The Seal Card can be homed onto the target, instead of attaching it directly.
