Ballistic Biscuit is a mini-game developed by RocketSnail Games. In the game, a human rides along on an inner tube, towed by a motorboat, and avoids obstacles in the water. It currently can be played in Club Penguin, though the human is replaced by a penguin, and the names changes into Hydro Hopper (although it was Ballistic Biscuit before)
